Interstate Bus Lines sponsored the annual IBL Sun to Sun Marathon presented by Nedbank Fast Legs Athletic Club on the 5th August 2017 at Thaba Nchu. There was 21.1km Half Marathon and 10km road race, the 21.1km started at Mmabana Stadium to Black Mountain Hotel.
There were 211 athletes that participated at this marathon, the number of participants increases yearly for the past 5 years, as it attracts a number of participants in Free State Province and surrounding areas such as Lesotho. IBL management would like to thank Coca Cola for their partnership of refreshments towards the race, we also thank all the participants and congratulate the winners for their achievement.
