Our coaches comprise of 4 main categories in terms of number of seats in the coach namely; 40 Seater, 65-78 Seater and 114 Seater.

CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS:
- Should a booking not be cancelled 14 days prior to departure, the client will be liable for a 20% cancellation fee.
- The client will be refunded after 5 working days.
QUOTATION REQUESTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- You first need to request a quotation
- Upon receiving the quote you need to pay the deposit in order to reserve a booking
- Payment needs to be made 5(working days) before departure.
- In an instance where deposit is made the remaining balance needs to be made 24 hours before departure.
- Please note! A quotation can be requested from 3 months in advance to the date of the trip.

HOW DO YOU SECURE YOUR BOOKING?
- STEP 1: QUOTATION REQUESTCall 051 408 7000, you need you have the following information ready:
- Date of trip
- Pick up/Collection points
- Number people
- Destination

STEP 2: PAYMENT
Payment needs to be made 5(working days) before the date of departure. In an instance where a deposit was paid, the remaining balance needs to be made 24 hours before departure. Most importantly your proof of payment has to be sent to ph@interstate.co.za
STEP 3: FINALIZE YOUR BOOKING
Confirm the times of your trip and provide us with the trip coordinators cell phone number for the driver to communicate with.
