The Interstate Bus Lines Soccer Promotional League has done it again. Every year the IBL League produces future local and international soccer stars from the dusty streets of Mangaung. In this year’s edition, three teams representing Dewetsdorp (Morojaneng FC), Thaba Nchu (Junior Cosmos FC) & Botshabelo (FC Bayern) claimed top spots and promotion to the SAB Regional League. FC Bayern walked away as champions of the IBL League, while Thaba Nchu’s Junior Cosmos progress to SAB League is pending the “Sebete boys” Mathaithai FC (also from Botshabelo) promotion to the ABC Motsepe League. IBL is proud of the work done by the teams as well as SAFA our partners in soccer development. SAFA nearly performed miracles in ensuring that the league continued under difficult Covid-19 circumstances.
