Bloemfontein, 24 March 2020: Interstate Bus Lines (IBL) released a statement following the address by President Ramaphosa, that the company will suspend all bus operations effective midnight 26 March 2020 until 16 April 2020 or further notice. “We have implemented our response plan, which places the highest priority on the health and safety of our passengers and our employees. In line with the guidelines provided by authorities, we urge our passengers and employees to remain at home as directed by President Ramaphosa”, says George Mokgothu, CEO of Interstate Bus Lines.
