IBL CARES Over the years we have been and we continue to be the sole transport sponsor of the Association for Persons with Disabilities (APD) and this year we renewed our commitment with an improved bus boasting additional seating capacity and space for more wheelchairs. Our Technical Workshop has been hard at work on the new improved APD bus. The bus is 90% complete and will soon be installing a lift for wheelchairs. On the photos is the APD 45-seater which can carry a minimum of 4 wheelchairs.
