On 26th December 2016, Interstate Bus Lines donated school uniforms, grocery hampers and bottled water to various disadvantaged families in Thaba Nchu. Through the World Vision Foundation, the organizers of the charity drive identified families and people living in poverty and in need, of groceries, books, clothing and school uniforms, and other necessities.
Six years ago, the Thaba Nchu youth started reaching out to underprivileged families, especially during the festive season and with the help from the community and organizers founded the initiative.
