We sponsored and participated in the fourth annual IBL Sun to Sun Half Marathon hosted by the Nedbank Fast Legs Athletics Club in Thaba’Nchu on 13 August 2016.
The event featured a 21 km half marathon and a 10 km road race. The half marathon started a the Black Mountain Leisure & Conference Hotel (previously known as Thaba’Nchu Sun) and ended at the Mmabana Stadium, opposite the Naledi Sun Hotel & Casino in Thaba’Nchu.
Prizes included branded towels, medals and cash prizes for the winners of the various categories. We have been sponsored this annual event for the past four years as part of our larger community and social investment projects and this event is aimed at developing and nurturing athletes in the Mangaung and broader Free State regions.
