This is an extraordinary time that is new to all of us, but we can assure you that we are managing the situation to the best of our abilities. We have set up a Covid-19 Response team to manage our bus operations throughout the lock-down period. However the guidelines issued by Transport authorities are not making it any easier for public transport operators to carry the expected numbers but we remain fully committed to complying with the regulations. Our colleagues in the industry are equally battling with the same challenges as we experience in the Free State. Where it would normally take weeks to develop a schedule our Operation teams have had to work overnight to develop an emergency schedule. Following comments and inputs from our passengers, our Operations Team is already reviewing and revising the current schedule. To this end, we will put additional buses on Monday and release a new schedules from Monday afternoon via our communication channels. We may not be able to respond to each and every comment on our WhatsApp, SMS and Social Media platforms, but we are channeling all those comments straight to our COVID-19 Response Team.
