Passengers are advised to exercise caution when embarking and disembarking in and out of buses at Central Park. As can be seen on the images below, Central Park bus terminus is rather small and movement of buses is restricted.
Safety of our passengers is paramount to our service and we all must take steps to ensure that we observe basic safety rules. Over 200 buses and nearly 30 000 passengers move in and out of Central Park per each peak period. Passengers are advised to only board buses whilst buses are on the platform. We have also advised our drivers not to load passengers outside the loading bays as this practice is dangerous.
