Earlier in March we launched our very first Passenger driven competition to promote good customer relations and to reward both our loyal passengers and our employees.
This competition is directed at our frontline personnel for now and will run until end of December 2020. Displayed at our Head Office lawn are our five key values. One of these values, is passion. Even the orange strip in our colours is symbolic of our passion in what we do.
Through the competition passengers are encouraged to nominate a cashier or bus driver that display this value. After a draw the winning driver and cashier, and the passengers that nominated them both, win a R500 Shoprite/Checkers voucher.
Our friendly Help Desk office, Christelle van der Westhuizen was chosen as the March Ambassador by Mr. Tisetso Ncamane and Driver S. Nkabinde was nominated by Mr. Lebohang Raofelane as the March Driver Ambassador.
This is what Mr. Raofelane said about Driver Nkabinde:
“I would like to nominate this gentleman on this photo. I don’t know his name but yesterday he stopped his bus on the N8 to
help a burning car. He didn’t have to do it, but he went the extra mile to help a complete stranger. It’s acts like this that make life worth living. He is my hero the week”.
