Interstate Bus Lines sponsored this year’s Glen Half Marathon Free State Trail Championship to the value of R32 000 for the 21km race that was held on 06 May 2017. The race started at Tielman Roos Street near Raymond Mhlaba Circle (Old Andries Pretorius street) at 06h40 and ended at Glen Agri-cultural College Sports Grounds.
Several IBL Employees participated in the 10km fun run and others ran the 21km, all participants receive medals at the finish point. IBL management congratulated the winners in each category and overall winners of the race, all participants were also thanked for their participation.
