IBL Partnership with the Toyota Cheetahs!

Our partnership with the Free State Rugby Union celebrates another year of rugby development and support in the greater Mangaung area.

Our involvement with the Toyota Cheetahs falls within our sport development initiatives an area that covers various sport codes. The multifaceted agreement through the Cheetahs Supporter Development will see growth in rugby support to include communities that previously did not enjoy rugby exposure.

As part of the programme, Interstate Bus Lines provides buses to the Toyota Cheetahs to enable them to conduct free rugby engagement initiatives including but not limited to free rugby coaching clinics in and around the Mangaung area. Through this partnership, supporters including school children are transported to the rugby clinics for free.

We have already seen keen interest from our passengers and many of them score free tickets to all Cheetahs rugby games through competitions that are run on the Interstate Bus Lines social media accounts. We value this partnership as it is aimed at unifying our communities and creating an opportunity for Mangaung to have its own rugby players in the Springbok senior team.
