Interstate Bus Lines (Pty) Ltd. operates services in the following areas:

Thaba 'Nchu Area

Bus routes are being operated which link northern townships like Mariasdal, Sediba, Talla, Houtnek, Spitskop, Merino, Paradys, Feloana, etc, with the Thaba 'Nchu Township and from there with Bloemfontein Southern Townships like Klipfontein, Springfontein, Woodbridge, Kommissiedrif, etc., in a similar manner, on a daily basis. Various suburbs such as Zones 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Selosesha, Mokoena, Ratau, etc., have a daily service (peak and off peak) conveying passengers to Bloemfontein.

Botshabelo Area

Passengers are conveyed from 14 main suburbs (A, B, C, D, F, H, J, K, M, N, S, T, U and W) to Bloemfontein and back on a daily basis. An intensive off-peak service (ranging from 20 min - 30 min) is operated between Fairways and Central Park also on a daily basis.

Mangaung Area

Passengers are conveyed from 11 main suburbs (Freedom Square, Peter Swart, Turflaagte, Phase 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, Rocklands, Phelindaba, Batho) to Bloemfontein and back daily from Monday to Friday.
